Hilarious, unique and utterly fabulous! Hosted by the hardest working woman in showbiz! Worth every penny! 90 mins of pure joy! We laughed until our sides hurt. There’s nothing like going down the Royal Mile in a cab driven by a nun! Lola and her friends made the whole trip hilarious from start to finish. Completely unique entertainment, a brilliant way to spend an afternoon.

Unique, Hilarious City Tour We loved how Sylvia slipped into different personae throughout the trip. Each one was unique and hilarious! She was gracious, fun, encouraging, and knowledgable. She really connected with us on a personal level. Highly recommend this as an alternative to the conventional tours of the city. This is truly an experience you’ll never forget!

Bonkers taxi ride round Edinburgh city centre. Absolutely brilliant 🙂 Best 90 mins + for a very long time. Driven round Edinburgh by a very funny and talented lady. Not saying too much as don't want to spoil any surprises!! Tears running down our face. Thoroughly recommend taking this tour 🙂

Exhilarating excursion, extra mural activities, outrageously camp, driven by a well driven experienced qualified cabbie! 24/8/22 - Wednesday late afternoonWe three middle-aged guys from London were up for the Fringe for a few days and meeting up with a couple of NYC friends. They booked us into this 'show' and a meal in Divino Enoteca afterwards.My friend was a bit reluctant and apprehensive about getting locked into a cab with an unknown artiste for two hours. It required a pint in JDW's The Standing Order to get him in a suitable mood. Our friend and I were happy to go with the flow.After trekking from JDW we arrived at the end of Grassmarket at 5 on the dot to be welcomed by our friends and introduced to our colourful hostess, Sylvia.After a few selfies, the adventure began. She assured us she was a qualified cabbie. In her first guise as Lola she took us round near the castle and after a lot of interactive spiel (she is very good at thinking on her seat) dropped us off at a good view of the castle whilst she changed into her next outfit and persona.... this procedure was repeated a few times (including Russian Irish, Kansas) working around road closures and various queues.A memorable trip up Calton Hill for a view that we would never have gone for was memorable, including a refreshment stop which made the last half hour particularly memorable for its bonkers style delivery.... Innocent passers-by (or being passed-by) were bemused by the jollity within the cab and the frequent waving spread joy around town.....Sylvia is working on different personalities and nationalities so next year may be different. The two-hour tour cost the same as a one hour black cab in London - along with a potential not so entertaining conversation....! At the end we were dropped off as close to our Restaurant Divino as possible which we arrived at spot on time!This was a thoroughly enjoyable and surprising interactive, with dancing in the street (behind a very narrow street by a tollgate) included! She can drive!

An immersive fun-filled experience not to be missed Our best Fringe experience among so many superlative shows was driving through E’burgh with Sylvia, our effervescent driver and raconteur, expertly navigating an inspired route to famous and off-the-beaten-tourist-track city highlights all while changing into multiple hilarious costumes and personas for an unmissable 2 hrs. filled with warmth and top-level entertainment. A must any time of year.

Not to be missed! Lola takes you on a hilarious tour of Edinburgh in her cab. With multiple costume changes, different personas, and fantastic songs our ride with her was the highlight of our trip.
